TRANSPARENCY DECLARATIONS 2011

November 4, 2011

On November 4, 2011 the Company received a transparency declaration from AXA S.A., according to which, on November 2, 2011, AXA S.A. held 3,342,592 shares, representing 2.95 % of the voting securities (document available in French only).

On October 25, 2011 the Company received a transparency declaration from AXA S.A., according to which, on October 20, 2011, AXA S.A. held 3,423,082 shares, representing 3.02 % of the voting securities (document available in French only).

On August 29, 2011, the Company received a notification (document available in Dutch only) from LGI Ventures B.V. and from other companies acting in concert with LGI Ventures B.V. in accordance with article 74, §7 of the Law of April 1, 2007 on public take-overs, according to which LGI Ventures B.V. declares to hold a stake in Telenet Group Holding NV that exceeds 30% of the total share capital.

On July 14, 2011 the Company received a transparency declaration from BNP Paribas Investment Partners SA, according to which, on July 11, 2011, BNP Paribas Investment Partners SA held 5,592,018 shares, representing 4.94 % of the voting securities (document available in French only).

On July 7, 2011 the Company received a transparency declaration from BNP Paribas Investment Partners SA, according to which, on June 30, 2011, BNP Paribas Investment Partners SA held 5,655,800 shares, representing 5.00 % of the voting securities (document available in French only).

On May 10, 2011 the Company received a transparency declaration from BNP Paribas Investment Partners SA, according to which, on May 6, 2011, BNP Paribas Investment Partners SA held 5,628,110 shares, representing 4.97 % of the voting securities (document available in French only)."

On April 4, 2011 the Company received a transparency declaration from BNP Paribas Investment Partners SA, according to which, on March 29, 2011, BNP Paribas Investment Partners SA held 5,673,719 shares, representing 5.05 % of the voting securities (document available in French only).
