On August 22, 2014, the Company received a notification (document available in Dutch only) from LGI Ventures B.V. and from other companies acting in concert with LGI Ventures B.V. in accordance with article 74, §7 of the Law of April 1, 2007 on public take-overs, according to which LGI Ventures B.V. declares to hold a stake in Telenet Group Holding NV that exceeds 30% of the total share capital.
On July 10, 2014, the Company received a transparency declaration from Omega Advisors, Inc., stating that the participation of Omega Advisors, Inc., as of April 30, 2014, dropped below the statutory threshold of 3% of the total outstanding share capital of the Company.
